Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Rolcano website, waitlists, forms, and related services (collectively, the Site). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Rolcano may update these Terms as the Site and services develop. The revised Terms will be posted here with a new Last updated date, and your continued use of the Site after that posting means you accept the revised Terms.

Rules for Using the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful, personal, and legitimate business purposes. You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or incomplete information in a form or registration.
• Use the Site to violate applicable law or the rights of another person or organization.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, accounts, or data.

Registrations and Communications

Waitlist and creator registrations are expressions of interest only. They do not create a subscription, distribution arrangement, employment relationship, payment obligation, or promise of access to a future product or feature.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your contact details current. We may contact you about your registration, relevant product updates, or other communications described in our Privacy Policy. You can opt out of non-essential marketing emails using the unsubscribe instructions included in those emails.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Site and its content, including the Rolcano name, logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Rolcano Techmedia PVT. LTD and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in them.

You may view and use the Site for its intended purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Site materials without our prior written permission, except where applicable law permits it.

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant Rolcano a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use them to operate and improve its products and services, without compensation or obligation to you. Any content submitted for a potential creator relationship remains subject to a separate written agreement; submitting it through a registration or contact form does not transfer ownership or grant distribution rights.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, advertisements, or social-media platforms. They are provided for convenience only. Rolcano does not control or endorse those third parties and is not responsible for their content, availability, practices, or terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rolcano Techmedia PVT. LTD and its directors, officers, employees, partners, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rolcano's total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed the greater of INR 1,000 or the amount you paid directly to Rolcano for use of the Site in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts in Pune, Maharashtra will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Site.
